Refund policy
Free size exchange – 14 days
If your shoes or kit don't fit, you can exchange them for another size free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
- In store: bring the item to MKA SPORT, Chilis 28, Pallouriotissa, Nicosia.
- By courier: WhatsApp +357 96 940622 or email mka.sport.cyp@gmail.com with your order number. We arrange the ACS return at our cost and send the new size as soon as the item reaches us.
The item must be unworn outdoors, undamaged, with tags, in its original box. Exchanges depend on the new size being in stock; if it isn't, we refund you instead.
Returns and refunds – 30 days
You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition as above. Contact us first on +357 96 940622 or mka.sport.cyp@gmail.com. Return shipping for refunds is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Returns can also be dropped off at the shop.
Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method within 10 working days.
EU right of withdrawal
For online orders you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This does not limit the terms above.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away. We collect the item at our cost and replace or refund it.
