Shipping Method
We partner with ACS Courier for all domestic shipments. Customers can choose their preferred ACS Courier store for package pickup during checkout.
Shipping Fees
- A flat shipping fee of €3.50 applies to all orders.
- Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of €100 or more.
Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, it will typically arrive at your selected ACS Courier store within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification from ACS Courier when your package is ready for pickup.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Pickup Instructions
When your package is ready for pickup at the ACS Courier store, you will need to present:
- A valid ID or identification document.
- The unique shipping reference number provided by ACS Courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery through the ACS Courier tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to domestic locations within the country.
